In our view quality of life, building a stable supportive environment, addressing modifiable risk factors and setting up processes to avoid future healthcare crises are as indispensable as the best medical interventions.

We know we have succeeded when we see one of our clients play the piano at his 100 th birthday party. We rejoice when we see a 90 year old enjoying a swim with his friends. Or when another 90 year old has improved her strength through lifting weights.

While virtually everyone in the healthcare system is well meaning there are often systemic gaps, blind spots and shortcomings. These may not be obvious to the occasional consumer of health care services. Pointing them out and asking for a remedy may not be readily welcomed or acknowledged.
